Thank you for shopping with Essential Era. Our products are created using print-on-demand fulfillment through Printful, so each item is made specifically for you after you place an order.

Because of this production method, our return and refund policies are different from those of traditional retail stores.

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom-printed and produced on demand. Once an order is placed, production begins shortly after.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color differences due to screen settings

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please review product details and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly resolve the issue.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

After reviewing the issue, we will provide one of the following:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

depending on the situation.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or modified.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
